Anthony Rea began single family residential real estate purchases and rehabilitation operations in 2011. Mr. Rea grew up in the construction business.  His father immigrating to the United States in 1970 from Italy. Who in a three years opened his own construction business. Mr. Rea grew up with a determined work ethic.Responsible for distress property acquisition, rehabbing the properties and sales of properties. Mr. Rea and his staff manage their own growing portfolio. It is Mr. Rea’s business strategy to continue to acquire homes in distress areas to give back to communities in need. Opportunistically (purchase foreclosures needing some component of rehab work), perform the necessary repairs, and then either rent the house to hold or sell the home.
Mr. Rea says the excitement is not in the money as people always make assumptions.  The excitement is taking something that nobody wants and making it a winner again. I have gone down streets years later that we have rehabbed multiple properties on. Kids are playing in front of the house and the home is now functional. That is what keeps me going everyday.  Makes me feel good and gets me excited to continue the growth and challenge.  The rush is in the challenge!
